At last

Recently the State Department published information about destroying CA in Russia in which it's noted that Russia is still hiding a real data about it's real stackpiled weapons. I'm writing about it from 1992 but nobody paid any attention whatsover. Sure, these hidden CW are not weapons anymore. They are a sort of garbage but dangerous one for environment and people. It is a Russian habit all the time to hide something when it is absolutely not neccesary and after to create problems for themselves.
